If you have placed or will place an order that is NOT to a WDW Resort, your service will NOT be effected and you can skip this section
We are currently being told that WDW Resorts including Vacation Club properties will no longer receive and hold items on behalf of guests starting 2/16/2026.
Currently this information has been provided by staff to our deliveries drivers, however they have not addressed the scope of these changes or provided any guidance on what is and is not allowed.
We have confirmed reports from other small businesses have received a cease and desist from Disney and are unable to legally enter or conduct ANY business on property.
At this time we have not received that demand and are continuing to provide service until asked otherwise.
As always our highest priority is to be respectful of Disney's rules and regulations and their property, while continuing to conduct our business in a way that upholds their standards and values.
Because there is no official outline for these new polices this continues to be an evolving situation and we will update everyone both here and on our Facebook business page as we understand more.
We are investigating if we are allowed to deliver as a grocery item and / or a mail parcel.
We do not want to be interpreted as attempting to circumvent the intentions behind these new policies and are working to get answers before we can say more.
Until we can confirm we will be transitioning into in person meet-up when possible.

As of 2/10/26: We will be transitioning to in person delivery similar to UberEats/Doordash, etc,
If : They continue to allow us on property we will have a check in page, when your available to receive and at the resort you will check in and our driver will text you directly and update you with the expected time.
Otherwise: We will arrange a local meet-up spot likely a nearby gas station or grocery store parking lot where our driver will be stationed for a block of time.
If these options will not work for you we will be offering refunds / credit and links to the process will be circulated to those effected.

If you think a in person offsite meet-up will not be possible for your stay we are asking you to hold payments for these orders until we know for sure what the new process will look like, we will reach out as soon as we know.
