How do I place an order?

If you are using Mobile Device you can place and order via the  order button on the bottom of your screen. (The Delivery Van Icon)

If you are using a Desktop or Full screen device you can use the option from the Navigation bar at the top of your screen

If you have Questions about an order please contact us using the message button this will open Facebook Messenger
Please allow up to 48hr for response.

How much notice do I need to place an order?

We recommend placing an order as soon as you can, Our calendar fills up VERY quickly and we have a cap on the amount of orders we can take per week.

What Information do I need to place an order?

Your Legal Name

Address or Resort your staying at (see Delivery FAQ for restrictions)

Confirmation# If staying at resort (Not absolutely required but helps avoid headaches)

Email Address (Where you would like to receive your Invoice see Payment FAQ for more)

Do I have to use Facebook Messenger?

No , you can email us at orders.oliviaskitchen@gmail.com

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all Major credit/debit cards as well as ACH transfers through our online payment portal.

We accept Venmo Payments

How do I pay you?

Our invoicing software will provide you with a link to enter payment either through card or ACH transfer.

Please note we do not keep any payment info on file.

International payment methods

We have had issues processing Canadian debit cards in the past, for now our only solution is Venmo or Paypal.


Tips

Tips are never expected.
However If you feel inclined to tip there is an option during the payment process to add one.

Delivery times

Delivery days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Between 12am and 5pm
On busy days we may exceed this time frame and will send out alerts updating you with expected delays.

We can NOT guarantee delivery times.
Delivery routes are calculated morning of delivery to make the most efficient route based on total stops for that day.

Weddings/Catering Events are an exception to this and delivery times will be discussed in the contract.

All Disney Resorts $10
Universal Resorts $20+
Kissimmee / Lake Beuna Vista Starting at between $10 - $20 exact price determined based on address.

Orlando Area Starting at $20 exact price determined based on address.

Lakeland Area Starting at $10 exact price determined based on address.


What to expect with Resort Delivery

We deliver between 12am - 5pm upon delivery to your resort we converse with the staff and make sure they can find your reservation and will then hand it over to them for storage until you pick it up.

At this point we will also send you a photo an delivery blurb to messenger letting you know your order has been delivered.


Need to know Disney Resorts

All Disney resorts will accept and hold our treats on your behalf until your check in or you pick up from them.

This includes Swan and Dolphin

Need to know Universal Resorts

Universal Resorts have been unpredictable in the past about accepting food on behalf of guests.

While we have had some recent luck it's still largely inconsistent.
At this time we are still recommending having member of your party available to meet and accept delivery from us in the Lobby or Taxi Loop

We will ask you to provide a contact # so we can give you a approximate time frame morning of delivery to minimize the inconvenience to you and your vacation.

Need to know Hotels / Non-Theme Park Resorts

Non-Theme Park hotels have mixed ability / desire to accept and hold food on behalf of guests while some we work with regularly others will outright refuse to even touch the box.

If it is a Hotel we've worked with in the past or regularly it will be a non issue

If we are unfamiliar with them we recommend having member of your party available to meet and accept delivery from us in the Lobby or Taxi Loop.

We will ask you to provide a contact # so we can give you a approximate time frame morning of delivery to minimize the inconvenience to you and your vacation.

Need to know Home / AirBnb

Please ensure someone will be home and available to accept a delivery that day.
Please provide us with any Gate codes or access instructions we may need when you place your order so we can include them in the drivers notes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests on orders 30 or more days away from their delivery date are eligible for 97% refund or 100% future credit.

Cancellation requests on orders UNDER 30 days away from their delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund or 100% future credit.

Cancellations requests on order UNDER 48 Hours away from their delivery date are eligible for a 0% refund and 100% future credit.

In the event emergency cancellation on behalf of Olivia's Kitchen LLC orders will be offered the option of 100% refund / Future Credit or rescheduling.


What is Olivia's Kitchen

Olivia's Kitchen LLC is a cottage bakery started by Chef Olivia during the 2020 pandemic after becoming separated from her position as a Chef at the Walt Disney World Company.
While she spent many years in Catering / Fine Dining her passion had always been Desserts,
